Class name: Chair yoga for Every Body
Course Description: As we age, our bodies begin to lose flexibility and strength. Chair yoga helps regain and retain flexibility The other benefit is that it is very calming to our bodies and minds.
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Bring any other yoga block tools you are comfortable using. If you do not have any other yoga tools, they will be discussed during class.
Age range of students: 18 and over
Please bring a donation each class to contribute to the cost of the instructor.
