Clay for Kids
Ages 6-12
August 26th 5:30-7:30pm
In this fun, one-day class, young artists will explore the exciting world of clay through handbuilding techniques. Students will learn the basics of working with clay, including pinching, rolling coils, and building simple forms by hand. With guidance from the instructor, kids will create their own unique sculptures or functional pieces while developing creativity, fine motor skills, and confidence.
All materials are provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Finished pieces will be fired and ready for pickup at a later date. This class is a playful and engaging introduction to ceramics—perfect for curious kids who love to make art with their hands!
Each person attending the class must register online. Reminders will be emailed out as we get closer to the class, please keep an eye on your email for more information.
