Creative Co-Op

Ages 3-5

Thursdays Sept 17-Oct 29 10:30-11:30am

Preschoolers and young homeschoolers will explore different art materials through guided and process based art projects while tuning into their own creative ideas. Students will explore creating through drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, and clay. Classes may incorporate books, songs, and lessons on famous artists and aspects of nature! Parents may drop off or stay as needed.

Mary Mcgowan-Doyle

Mary Clare McGowan-Doyle is an abstract painter, early childhood educator, and mother. She enjoys combining her love of art and painting with her innate passion for working with children. She believes art and creativity is a pivotal piece of one’s connection to inner emotions and the world around them. She encourages students to connect to their inner creativity, draw inspiration from their experiences and the world around them, and boldly express themselves through art. She has been working with children in many capacities for nearly a decade and received her degree in Psychology and Sociology/Philosophy from the University of Dayton.
